The postal workers' still need our support in their fight to keep a quality, publicly owned, postal service. North Staffs Trades Union Council is the first point of reference for collective organised labour in North Staffordshire. This includes Leek, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent. We are made up from local trades union branches, who pay an affiliation fee to us. We receive reports of industrial disputes and consider any help we might give. We campaign for the improvement of working, economic and social conditions for all people in our area. We hold educational and social meetings for local trades union members. Read more
